Experience personalized and engaging tutoring sessions for your child with Fig Tree Learning. Our 30-minute one-on-one tutoring sessions are designed to cater to your child's unique learning abilities, focusing on areas of improvement and strengths.

Cancellation Policy

We hold our clients and tutors in high regard. As part of our commitment, we diligently prepare for sessions in advance and require a 24-hour notice for any tutoring session cancellations. Regrettably, same-day cancellations cannot be accommodated, and refunds will not be provided when sessions are paid in advance. . Additionally, a 50% fee of the total service cost will be levied in the event of a cancellation within less than 24 hours unless the service is rescheduled within the same week. Subsequent tutoring sessions will not be scheduled until the outstanding invoice is settled. Failure to clear the invoice within 7 days will result in the termination of the services agreement.
