Fig Tree Learning Consultants, LLC was established in June 2018 by Tiffany Barksdale. During her tenure as an elementary school teacher, Tiffany consistently aimed to inspire, mentor and help students grow academically. Her desire to reach students in a smaller, one-on-one capacity is an aspiration she strives to achieve daily.
Tiffany is a Virginia native and a graduate of Virginia Union University in which she earned a B. S. in Interdisciplinary Studies, Elementary Education with endorsements in grades Pre-K-6 and gifted education. Eager to expand her career, she later earned a M. Ed. from Strayer University in Educational Management.
